Where are you located?
We’re located at 1216 Whitewater Avenue, just south of Fort Atkinson, WI. We are just past Foxhill road on Highway 12 (Whitewater Avenue). You can’t miss our big Load N' Lock Self Storage sign and our gray/white building with bright red doors!
What are your office hours?
Our on-site office is open by appointment only. Fill out a contact form or give us a call at (920) 988-6570 to set an appointment with one of our managers.
What are your access hours?
If you’re a current tenant and have a non-climate controlled unit, you can access your storage unit anytime of day, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have a climte-controlled unit, your access hours are 6am- 10pm, 365 days a year. You’ll never need to make an appointment to get to your items. Whether you’re visiting day or night, Load N' Lock Self Storage is easy to access, with bright lighting, access control for temperature-controlled units, and 24/7 video surveillance.
Do you provide moving carts or dollies?
We do! We offer a large dolly that makes moving your items into the temperature-controlled storage units simple. If you’re needing additional help, our facility management team would be happy to assist you.
How long of a lease am I required to sign?
At Load N' Lock Self Storage, our tenants rent on a month-to-month basis, meaning you’ll never be stuck in a six-month or yearly contract. Whatever your needs are, you can rent with us for a short-term or long-term basis.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
We provide your lock! Upon move-in, you will be sent the combination code to the lock securing your unit that you will use during your time storing with us at no cost.
Am I required to purchase tenant insurance for my storage unit?
Insurance is required at Load N' Lock Self Storage, if you have homeowners insurance or renters insurance they might cover your possessions. To make it easier, we offer the widest range of insurance options, including very inexpensive, low-cost tenant insurance. Since there is no deductible, many customers use it to cover their possessions even if they have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
